1. When making a reservation online, do you charge a fee?
No, we do not charge a fee for making a booking. You will be charged only after reconfirming your reservation.
2. Where can I pick-up the car?
You can pick-up the car anywhere. We bring the car to your location, your address, your hotel, at the airport…; just write us where you need the car and we will bring it there.

3. Why do you charge a fee for pick-up and drop-off in other cities?
As we are located in Bucharest and Iasi, we must bring the car to your location from Bucharest or Iasi, so the rental charge will be higher.

4. Can I take a car from EAR Tours & Travel if I do not have a reservation?
In order to rent a car from EAR Tours&Travel, you must make an online reservation. In the event you do not have a reservation, you can book a car by calling our phone numbers ( +4 0743 132 961 / +4 0332 404 742).

5. Are unlimited mileage included in the rates?
Most of the rates include unlimited mileage. Some of the cars have a daily limit of 400km/day included in the rate for rentals between 1 and 3 days.
